My approach combines the power of mindfulness-based coaching with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. I assess your current state in six key areas: sleep, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, emotional health, and self-care.
Together, we’ll create a personalized plan rooted in mindful awareness and SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound). This roadmap will guide you towards your self-identified definition of well-being, helping you reach new heights of health and happiness.
